Meet Ashleigh
Hi, I’m Ashleigh. I’m the founder of GoldenAsh, a breathwork facilitator, dancer and candle maker.
Movement has always been part of my life. I grew up dancing before I understood why it felt so good. It taught me expression, confidence and how to feel more at home in my body.
Later, while navigating anxiety and feeling disconnected from myself, I discovered breathwork. It did not promise perfection or make every difficult moment disappear. It gave me a practical way to slow down, reconnect and meet myself with more softness.
That experience inspired me to begin sharing movement, breath and sound with others. My intention is to create welcoming spaces where people can release pressure, express themselves and reconnect, without needing to perform or be anything other than who they are.
Ritual, movement and light
GoldenAsh grew from the belief that small, intentional moments can change the way we experience everyday life.
Sometimes that moment begins with a breath. Sometimes it arrives through music and movement. Sometimes it is as simple as lighting a candle and allowing a room to feel warmer and softer.
Our sculptural candles are hand poured in small batches using pure Australian beeswax and pure cotton wicks. They carry a subtle natural honey scent and a warm golden glow, bringing beauty, ritual and presence into your space.
GoldenAsh experiences bring together movement, breath, sound and reflection.
From Fusion Dance classes and private Breath and Sound sessions to retreats, workplace wellbeing and future community gatherings, every offering is designed to feel welcoming, human and accessible.
